Healing: Wisdom Born of Trauma
If you believe healing works, it works. There is no ‘the one’ or ‘the right’ modality. The closer you get to ‘the truth’, the more you’ll recognize that all paths lead to oneness. I often find myself experimenting with various modalities developed by many others. All forms are valid.
While I offer healing services as an assistance to your healing journey, I’m a big advocate of do-it-yourself. Self-healing is empowering, as everyone is a healer. The first and most important key is to believe that you are capable of healing and being healed. One of the best (and cheapest!) forms of healing personally has been books. Knowledge is essential in expanding one’s capacity for understanding of the self and of others. Oftentimes, we are drawn to those whose experiences and research echo patterns of our own journey. Below are some of the books I’ve enjoyed in my own healing process.
There is no order here. A key to releasing clogged emotions and limiting beliefs is to feel into your emotions and identify where they are in the body. Your body is a physical manifestation of your state of being emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. If not fixed, they turn into dis-eases. That’s why it’s crucial to understand the healing capacity and connectivity of our minds and bodies. Step 1 is having the desire and awareness to heal. Following that is the search to clear deep and hidden wounds, whichever niche you feel drawn to and experiment with, that will then pave the space to live through your heart’s desires.
Healing is like a spiral. As you traverse the spiral, you pick up pockets to clear. If too much at once, it can actually create more trauma (I’ll explain another time). Some people like to offload a lot at once, but most cannot handle that. I’ve learned gentler is better for most people, especially those with deep trauma (Divine Healing is a great modality for this). The areas not cleared remain as messages through your physical reality. Traumas linger until you work through them. Every time you release, you will feel lighter.
Repeat.
You continue the endless spiral. The more you heal and work through your shadows - sediments of illnesses and uncomfortable situations - the less those repeating situations/people will trigger you until eventually, you gain full mastery of those certain aspects. Unpleasant as it seems and unforgiving at times, going through contrasting situations, especially in childhood, actually speeds up your mastery and builds greater strength and insight once you walk out of the storm. Even if incidents or interactions were not planned prior to incarnation, they still provide a greater capacity for understanding of the self and others from the bigger picture (aka from a ‘higher perspective’ of the individual as part of a greater experience of a whole). No experience has been in vain.
Manifestation is seamless when you master your mind. Mind Mastery means Focus. No matter what happens in life, you are the master of your emotions and mind. When you become aligned to your own axis, you see in fractals of all and you know yourself as the perpetrator, the victim, and the savior. When you understand your lessons, you exit victim consciousness, release your anger and pain, and forgive truly. Then you start being a co-creator with the highest intent for yourself and others.
Note A: You may occasionally see someone who may have it relatively easy, perhaps they still go through some hardships but nothing soul-drenching like some others, and they seemingly get most of the things they desire in life. They might be on a vacation life. Most souls are here with lessons to master but there is a small pool of souls who are here to just relax and enjoy a life of tranquility after a series of lifetimes with deep hardships and trauma. Or this might be a soul’s first time on Earth, and it wants to start slow and easy. There are also a very select few souls who are literally meant to fulfill specific missions on Earth and are not meant to accrue karma or stay past a handful of lifetimes. When they’re done with their tasks, they just exit. Manifestation in the forms talked about here fundamentally applies to everything. But in this case, it doesn’t really matter to these certain people the same way it would to those who have set themselves up to experience struggles and hardships. So don’t judge a book by its appearance.
Note B: Life-changing manifestations will not be granted if they divert from the lessons or purposes your soul had chosen pre-incarnation. Some call them Destiny or Fate, which are actually self-chosen, but many of us just don’t remember. Some people choose to experience a very specific set of energies in a lifetime for a specific evolutionary trajectory, and thus, some free will can be purposefully denied. And sometimes, it’s denied because a dog doesn’t understand that the chocolate it desires can be lethal if ingested.
For example, one of my biggest lessons is to take things slow, trust the process, and learn to build my resources. Thus, my success will be built with patience, and I cannot bypass the lesson by trying to manifest winning the lottery or having money drop in my lap like an inheritance. I can attest that there are no shortcuts 🤡. The more I embrace this as part of my journey, the less I struggle with impatience and doubt. I was reminded of this at the age of 9 when I opened a fortune cookie that said ‘Rome was not built in a day’. The universe do be dropping signs 🙂↕️✋🏼…

I put manifestation and healing under one blog post because the true manifestation of your dreams cannot happen until you have healed a majority of your trauma. Some may call that ‘a block’. To live a fulfilling life is to be aligned with the heart. When you try to manifest while out of alignment, you may wonder why it’s not happening, or life will seem hard. Once in alignment, the desires that are true to your path will naturally flow - this is another way of saying ‘shifting timelines’…
Since birth, I’ve never had anything I wanted, and no matter how hard or ‘creative’ I tried to push through, it was always shut down literally and metaphorically. My childhood and adolescence were of immense and at times, intense amounts of challenging circumstances and internal turmoil. That is, after much confusion and pent-up anger, I eventually had a soul reset at 25 and spent the latter part of my 20s recalibrating into alignment. And along the way, I’ve learned to let go of the desires that were not in alignment - a part of me died, and I don’t think people talk enough about how painful rebirths are, because death precedes that. (Refer to Note B, I was a silly dog 🤡)
The first half of my life (and ongoing) were lessons of duality: separation of divine masculine & divine feminine, lack & wealth, pride & humility, suppression & freedom, judgement & acceptance, insecurity & confidence, anger & forgiveness, lack of love and respect & being loved and valued, being misunderstood & being heard, boundaries of self & boundaries on others, when to trust & when not to trust others, distortions & inner truth, force & allow… ok you get it, the list goes on 😮💨.
The point is that my own healing journey has been a rollercoaster of emotions that were equally of catharsis, revelations, and liberations. I’ve realized the so-called ‘blockages’ in life, whether experienced externally or internally, were actually set up by ourselves. When we are ready, we will see clues and be given guidance to clear the fog, whether that’s through the help of others or from ourselves. Ultimately, the key to moving through any blockages is within us all.
When you heal yourself, you heal the collective. When you heal others, you heal yourself.
