Join me for a transformative group sound healing session designed to restore inner harmony through the vibrational intelligence of crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency corresponding to one of the seven main chakras—your body’s subtle energy centers that govern emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

As you rest in stillness, the resonant tones of the sound bowls begin to entrain your brainwaves into deeper meditative states (alpha-theta), creating an environment where natural healing and recalibration can occur. On a physiological level, sound frequencies gently modulate the nervous system, inviting the body out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic state of repair.
